A Focus Group involves encouraging an invited group of participants to share their thoughts, feelings, attitudes and ideas on certain subject.  

Gaining direct feedback from your workforce provides an organization with the insight it needs to fine-tune its human capital development projects and clarifies opinions received in other initiatives such as Employee Surveys and Town Hall meetings.
