HR Consultant
Fortner Consulting is presently
looking for consultants to work in our HR Consulting Practice.
Job Description:
We are
looking for consultants with a strong business focus and
consultative approach to support our continued growth. You will
be working with clients to help them innovate their companies
through the execution of Best Practice HR Solutions.
Working with the Practice head, your responsibilities will
include:
·
Conduct analysis and translate customer requirements into
solutions
·
Work closely with both the clients and internal team on projects
to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and well
executed manner
·
Perform benchmarking analysis and conduct research for clients
·
Develop and deliver solutions customized to the client’s
requirements
·
Provide high quality customer centric service
·
Prepare and deliver presentation materials
·
Participate in Business Development activities
Requirements:
·
Must possess minimum of a Bachelor of Arts degree from an
accredited university, preferably in the Human Resources field
·
Minimum of Five years experience in Human Resources in a
Consultant or Manager role
·
Direct exposure to HR initiatives such as Talent Management,
Change Management, Organisational Development, Succession
Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Core Competency Development,
Assessment Centre
·
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·
Good project management skills. Ability to handle multiple
projects
simultaneously
·
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
·
Must have strong work ethics and be a team player
·
Self motivated and able to work with little supervision
·
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·
Strong presentation skills required
·
Must be fully proficient in Microsoft Office
